Why you will not find a five-star badge on this page
We publish the reviews we actually have, without an invented total or an aggregate score attached. If you want more evidence before committing, the most useful thing you can ask any installer — including us — is for the addresses of the last two systems they finished, and permission to call those homeowners. We will give you that.
Questions worth asking before you sign anything
“Who is physically doing the installation?”
In-house crew or subcontractor. Both can be fine — but you should know which, and whose warranty covers the workmanship.
“What panel and inverter model, exactly?”
Model numbers, in writing, before signature. “Premium” and “or equivalent” are not answers.
“What does your workmanship warranty cover, and for how long?”
Specifically: does it cover the roof penetrations? That is the clause that matters most and the one most often left vague.
“What happens if production comes in under the estimate?”
A straight answer here tells you whether the production model was engineering or marketing.
