What we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect the information you type into it — typically your name, telephone number, email address, property address and whatever you tell us about your power usage. If you call us, we keep a record of the enquiry. Our website collects standard server log information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
Why we collect it
To prepare and deliver the solar quote or answer the question you asked, and to contact you about it. Your property address is necessary because a solar design cannot be produced without it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers necessary to deliver the work you asked for — for example our form provider, or a utility or permitting authority when processing your interconnection or permit application. We do not sell or trade your enquiry to other solar companies.
Forms
Our quote form is hosted by Jotform, which processes submissions on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy policy.
Cookies
This site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded third-party content, such as the quote form, may set cookies under its own provider’s policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will stop. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we hold about them and the right to request its deletion.
