We do not operate in twelve states. We do not buy leads from a call centre in another time zone. Every system we design is on a roof we can drive to.
That focus is not sentimentality — it is what makes the engineering accurate. A company quoting Sacramento from out of state does not know that Roseville has its own municipal utility, that Sacramento County protects valley oaks, that Rocklin roofs are mostly concrete tile, or that a 1960s Arden Park ranch usually still has a 100-amp main panel. Those details are the difference between a quote that holds and a quote that grows by four thousand dollars after the site audit.
What we actually do
Site audit and shade study. Structural and electrical design. Plan check submittal to your city or county. Installation with our own crews. Inspection, utility interconnection and permission to operate. Monitoring setup, and service afterwards — including on systems other companies installed.
What we will not do
We will not quote a system for a roof that needs replacing without telling you. We will not size an array to a number you did not ask for so the monthly payment looks smaller. We will not tell you what a tax credit is worth to you personally — that is a question for your CPA, and anyone answering it in a sales meeting is guessing.
Three commitments we put in writing
The equipment is named
Panel model, inverter model, mounting system and warranty terms all appear in the proposal. If a quote you are comparing says “premium panels” without a model number, that is deliberate.
The production model is shown
You get the annual kWh estimate and the assumptions behind it — azimuth, pitch, shade losses and degradation — not just a monthly savings figure.
The workmanship is ours
Our workmanship warranty covers the roof penetrations we make and the electrical work we perform. One company to call if anything is wrong.

About working with us
Are you a solar broker or an installer?
An installer. We design the system, pull the permits and put our own crews on your roof. Plenty of companies advertising solar in Sacramento are lead brokers who sell your enquiry on to whoever is buying that week — you can usually tell because they will not name the crew who will actually do the work.

Do you use subcontractors?
Our installation crews are our own. Where specialist trades are genuinely required — a structural engineer’s stamp, or a re-roof ahead of the array — we say so in writing before you sign, and you know exactly who is doing what.
What brands of panel and inverter do you install?
Tier 1, Class A modules and module-level electronics from established manufacturers with a real service presence in California. The specific model numbers appear in your written proposal — never a vague ‘or equivalent’. See our panel quality guide for what the grades mean.
